OpenERP Venezuela 1st Stable Release

It is a pleasure for openerp-venezuela's team team to announce that OpenERP without additional obligatory developments can to work with the whole Venezuelan legality from the administrative - countable point of view.

The developments have been carried out of modular form, for a simpler maintenance, and they are:

base_address_invoice

It is a functional constraint created to make the invoice address required on Invoice to post.

base_partner_invoice

It is a functional constraint created to make the invoice address required on Partner Creation.

base_vat_ve

It is a functional constraint created to make the validations for the VAT Number (Called RIF) in Venezuela.

debit_credit_note

It is a functional development that make two things:
-- Improve the document management from only Invoice In and Out or Refound In and Out to other type of document called Debit Note, that mean an extension to an invoice.
-- Make relation in data base level between Invoice - Refounds and Debit Notes, with a recursive one2many field.

hr_salesman_commission

This Module manage salesman commisions with control related to partners and based on payments.

l10n_chart_ve

Generical Chart account, this module load a chart of accounts, that allow control the basic behaviour on localization (It is the only module not used on production yet on this release)

l10n_ve_invoice_report

Build an Invoice Report New, that complain with the Resolution 0591 about Legal Documents in Venezuela.

l10n_ve_pagos_atrs

A new Report to manage the Credit and Collection resume for the accounting people.

l10n_ve_states

Load all Venezuela's States.

l10n_ve_stock

Report needed to manage Stock_Picking with legal resolutions.

purchase_declaration

Report of all Sales and Purchase documents with legal requirements.

report_profit

Report of profitability in High-Risk Economies.

retencion_islr

Especial Task for Services.

retencion_iva

Especial Task for IVA.

retencion_municipal

Especial Task for Goverment.

- We improve the concept of Note of Debit, nonexistent in OpenERP to Relate at Database level the documents credit Note and Note of Debit, characteristic demanded by the SENIAT.
